Blake Christensen, j.d.

Blake co-leads Montana Strategic Consulting in addition to his role as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for a research university. As a lawyer*, strategic adviser, and professional development expert, Blake is dedicated to helping clients reach their maximum potential. Blake has a passion for teaching and thrives on leading programs that are interactive, productive, and enjoyable for all participants. 

Blake has a law degree from the College of William and Mary and a bachelors degree in political science. He is a certified Strengths Deployment Inventory, Leadership Challenge, and Real Colors facilitator with extensive experience leading professional development programs, coaching executive teams, facilitating strategic planning sessions, and helping clients find answers to move their organizations forward.

Liesel Christensen, MS

After spending a decade as a high school biology teacher, Liesel now co-leads Montana Strategic Consulting while pursuing a doctorate degree at Idaho State University. Her current research focuses on connecting educators with greater resources for the classroom. Liesel uses her extensive classroom and teaching experience to connect with participants, ensure they are engaged, and guide them to getting the most out of their professional development experience.

Liesel is an energetic facilitator with a masters degree in science education from Montana State University and a bachelors degree in biology teaching. She leads sessions with empathy and compassion, with a strong focus on helping participants gain insight into the “why” of their personal development.
