The Leadership Challenge®
The Leadership Challenge, based on the Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership, is an extremely effective program to increase the leadership capacity within your organization. The program can be adapted to meet the needs of either established or developing leaders.
During this highly interactive, experience-based workshop, participants will:
Identify the frequency of their personal leadership behaviors as measured by the Leadership Practices Inventory Assessment
Clarify and communicate their fundamental values and beliefs as a leader
Learn to create and effectively communicate a common vision
Search for opportunities to change and improve as a leader
Experiment with innovative ideas and learn from accompanying mistakes
Build collaboration, teamwork, and trust skills
Strengthen their ability to help others excel
Recognize the accomplishments of others
Apply the lessons learned in the workshop to a current organizational leadership challenge
Give and receive feedback
The Leadership Challenge can be done as a one or two day seminar and includes a comprehensive 360 leadership assessment. Real Colors®
The Real Colors workshop is a powerful way for organizations to improve communication, reduce conflict, and enhance efficiency. Using the Real Colors temperament assessment, participants gain a better understanding of communication styles, motivators, and team strengths.
The Real Colors workshop can have a profound impact on the culture of an organization, often resulting in a new shared language among coworkers and a better understanding of team strengths. Emotional Intelligence
In many cases emotional intelligence has more bearing on success for you and your employees than IQ. Participants in the 2-3 hour Emotional Intelligence workshop will learn about and begin acting on each of the four key components of emotional intelligence: 1) self-awareness, 2) self-management, 3) social awareness, and 4) relationship management.
Conflict Management
As the old saying goes, "conflict is inevitable, but combat is optional." In a 2-3 hour Conflict Management workshop, participants will practice reducing conflict while learning key conflict resolution principles.
Multi-Generational Workplace
Misunderstandings can drive a wedge between your employees. In a 2-3 hour Multi-Generational Workplace workshop, participants will gain insight into differences between generational work styles, understand the benefits of having multiple generations in the workplace, and gain insight into best practices for working together.
