The Leadership Challenge, based on the Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership, is an extremely effective program to increase the leadership capacity within your organization. The program can be adapted to meet the needs of either established or developing leaders.

During this highly interactive, experience-based workshop, participants will:

• Identify the frequency of their personal leadership behaviors as measured by the Leadership Practices Inventory Assessment

• Clarify and communicate their fundamental values and beliefs as a leader

• Learn to create and effectively communicate a common vision

• Search for opportunities to change and improve as a leader

• Experiment with innovative ideas and learn from accompanying mistakes
