Based on the Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership, the Leadership Challenge workshop helps participants better understand and implement the practical behaviors that will best empower them as a leader. This highly-effective, interactive program teaches participants to embrace leadership at every level of your organization and gives them an opportunity to employ Leadership Challenge concepts in addressing a current challenge they may be facing in the workplace. 

The Leadership Challenge can be done as a one or two day seminar and includes a comprehensive 360 leadership assessment.
